I had a very good experience in this store. I had no idea how to decide what size I needed for something, and a staff member helped me right away. He measured me and gave me a good run down on product available, and even how to get it custom made. I'll be back for sure!

Clean and well stocked store but unfortunately I haven't been able to successfully purchase the desired clothing from them due to the lack of customer service. They seemingly don't care if you are just starting your search and just ignore you after telling you that they'll be there to assist you. Expected better but maybe next time.

Went in to look for wedding suites and the associate working wasn’t a fan of the colour theme for the wedding. Called it “To basic and everyone uses it” it was very disappointing as his opinion of our bridesmaid dress colour should not matter. What should matter is him giving us proper customer service in finding a suite. We will be taking our business elsewhere

Helped a friend get their suit. They were helpful to him. But I didn't feel welcomed in there due to me either not there to buy anything, or else my hair was kinda messy.

My husband and I went in to pick up a rental suit that we had pre-ordered. For certain reasons it just wasn't working so Khyler and a wonderful gal (I'm sorry I forgot her name) went above and beyond to help us get a suit for my husband (as our daughter is getting married in 4 days). They were both just fantastic and so beyond helpful to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with everything. I can't recommend them both for they're friendliness, service and doing their very best to help us out! We will definitely be shopping here again!

Very disappointed in the service received. I went in to find a suit for my spouse for a formal event coming up. A young sale rep approached and asked if he could help. ☑️ I let him know I was looking for a suit for my spouse, so he asked what size. At that time, another customer approached, as I answered, a size 34 pant and I wasn’t sure on the jacket size just yet. The sales guy respond, “Oh! Thats tiny. He must be little!” I was dumb founded so I responded, “No, he’s slender and fit.” He then told me that I might be able to find something in their kids section that they didn’t carry any 34 inch pants, cut me off, and started attending to other client. I was literally dumb founded, so I went down town to McAllister’s on Victoria street. Night and day better service. Lots of 34inch pants, for athletically fit men lol…. And better quality all around. Communication is everything. Clearly the sales guy was thinking jackets, or something, I’m really not sure. Its the only thing I can assume that makes any sense. However rather than being rude to me about his ridiculous, comic skit assumption he should have acted like a professional, stopped and considered the stupidity of his assumption and asked more questions lol. I wont be back because I have choices as to where I spend my money and this interaction left me feeling insulted, baffled and disrespected. Moores loss, McAllisters gain. I got a better product in the end anyway and had fun putting the suit together.
